We have a very dedicated team here at Eaton Manor, with experience of running business conferences and events internationally.

Committed to helping make your stay perfect, we offer a full meeting and event package, from advance planning to dealing with any requests during your stay.

We love to share the estate with our guests and our aim is to provide you with ‘room to think’ during your stay.  You can explore at your leisure and experience the truly unrivalled sense of space, tranquillity and freedom that we have to offer.

Nichola (Owner)

Nichola (Owner)Nichola is one of the owners of Eaton Manor Country Estate and she is responsible for its daily running and has been welcoming guests to the estate since 2001.

On hand to help with any special requests throughout your stay, Nichola strives to guarantee you receive the best accommodation and service that we can offer so that you can enjoy your stay away from the stresses and strains of everyday life.

“Eaton Manor Country Estate is my home and I want people to love the place as much as I do.  I look forward to welcoming everyone who comes to stay here”.

Nichola has experience of running business conferences events in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

 

Julian (Owner)

Julian (Nichola’s brother) takes particular care in forward planning of the estate and its business development. The layouts of the holiday homes are his creation, as country architecture has always been his passion. He especially enjoyed taking part in converting farm buildings into luxury accommodation.

Julian is also responsible for running the off-site business conference and events team, having organised events in over 30 countries worldwide.

He works closely with Nichola, and other members of the team, bringing along new development ideas, ensuring Eaton Manor continues to evolve as a truly five star destination, while respecting our wonderful area.

 

Laura (Customer Services Manager)

Laura (Customer Services Manager)Laura joined the team in 2008 and works closely with Nichola on a day to day basis, working tirelessly to ensure you get the most out of your stay at Eaton.

Customer care is Laura’s highest priority from initial enquiry through to guest stay and departure and she provides a first class service to everyone.

If you are organising a meeting or event then Laura will help you with all aspects, such as arranging any additional services required to create a truly memorable event.

Laura has experience of organising business conferences and events in Europe and Asia.

 

Philippa (Marketing Manager)

Philippa has been with Eaton Manor since 2005, her previous role was leading the off-site events team, organising business conferences and events globally.

Latterly Philippa has been looking after the marketing side of things at Eaton Manor, from keeping our website up to date to entering us for awards, our recent successes being winner for Tourism Leisure & Hospitality at the 2016 Shropshire Business Awards, National Visit England ROSE Award Winner in 2015 and Outstanding Customer Service winner at the 2015 Shropshire Business Awards.

She works with Laura and Nichola to keep our marketing material relevant to you, our all-important guests, and help raise our profile within our target markets.

 

Hilary (Head Housekeeper)

Hilary (Head Housekeeper)Housekeeping, laundry and provisions for each property is looked after by Hilary and her team, who not only ensure that everything is spick-and-span for guests arrival but also make sure that, if you have ordered your groceries online, delivery is taken and it is all put away ready for your arrival.

Hilary has a great team supporting her, with Assistant Housekeeper, Julie, assisted by Jennifer, Georgina, Rosie & Gemma.

 

 

David (Head Gardener)

David (Head Gardener)Eaton Manor is bestowed with wonderful gardens and David works his magic to keep them flourishing, even in the coldest months of the year.

Always one step ahead, he plans his year with care ensuring bulbs are planted in the autumn to bloom the following spring and tree planting continues regularly to keep the estate overflowing with wildlife.

Ably assisted by Phil, David takes pride in providing you with idyllic surroundings in which to relax.

 

Dale (Farm Manager)

Dale (Farm Manager)The estate is made up of 500 acres, most of which is farmed for crops and this land is managed by Dale, who has a keen interest in preserving and encouraging nature alongside sustainable crop production.

This approach reaps its own rewards in terms of landscape and helps to provide the perfect setting for a perfect break.
