We aim to ensure your event is hassle-free and runs smoothly on the day, therefore we have a number of items available for hire to aid this process.

Complimentary Items:

  • Flip chart with pens & paper
  • Projector screen
  • Office equipment box (including pens, post-its, scissors, stapler, paper clips, sellotape etc)


Additional Cost Items:

  • Projector with screen
  • Photocopying service (small quantities only)
  • Document scanning service (small quantities only)
  • Banqueting room use only:
    • Hearing loop system
    • Two 52″ TV screens, providing a multi-standard video suite (including VGA/HDMI compatibility)
      • Both screens are on portable stands
      • These screens can be linked to run simultaneously
    • Handheld microphone
    • Lapel microphone
      • Both are radio microphones & can be used simultaneously
    • Sound system with bluetooth connectivity
      • Including multiple inputs e.g. USB port & standard 3.5mm port

Complimentary Wi-Fi:

  • Please note: wi-fi is available in all properties and meeting rooms as standard
    • There is no need to request this in advance
    • If you are planning video conference, our wi-fi should be suitable. It normally runs at over 10MB for uploads and downloads. However, please contact us for an accurate speed check.
